Exchange Policy Eligibility
Items purchased online (except cosmetics and fragrances) can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery, either in-store or online, provided you have proof of purchase.
Please note, items bought on sale or at a discount are not eligible for exchange.
Proof of Purchase
Acceptable proof includes your receipt or order confirmation email.
Exchange Conditions
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, with tags still attached, and in its original condition and packaging.
If you received a damaged, incorrect, or wrong-sized item, you’ll need to provide evidence (such as photos).
HOME articles must be returned in their original Bella Breezy Bazar packaging. Likewise, items delivered in boxes (such as unstitched luxury items) must be returned in their original packaging.
Online Exchange Process

If all exchange conditions are met, we'll arrange for a free pick-up from your address. The exchange process typically takes 7-10 days once verified. For in-store exchanges, please bring your original invoice and ensure the tags are intact.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
The item(s) should be unused and tagged.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
Returns are accepted only for incorrect or damaged items.

- We will organize a pick-up of the returned item(s) from your doorstep.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, a credit voucher of the same value will be issued. This voucher can be redeemed exclusively on our online store
